The last couple of weeks of this season has seen Trojan wrestlers with injuries and sickness. However, most of the wrestlers are on the mend. Three of the five HLG National Qualifiers have been either sick or injured, but all of the national qualifiers should be ready to wrestle this weekend at the Central Regional Tournament hosted by William Penn University in Okaloosa, IA. The Central National Qualifying Tournament be the last tournament of the year for the remaining HLG wrestlers to qualify for the NAIA national tournament. The following details outline the weekend’s events for fans planning to attend the tournament.
CENTRAL NATIONAL QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT
DATE: Saturday, February 20, 2010
SITE: William Penn University, Oskaloosa, Iowa
GATE: Adults $5.00 Students $3.00
TEAMS: Bacone College, Baker University, Grandview College, Hannibal-Lagrange College, Missouri Valley College, Oklahoma City University, Waldorf College, William Penn University, York College

SEEDING Friday, February 19th @ 8:00 p.m.
MEETING: Location: Upper classroom by the main gym
WEIGH-IN TIMES: Skin Checks begin @ 6:50 a.m.
Weigh-ins begin at 7:00 a.m. Facility will open @ 6:00 a.m.
SESSIONS: Preliminary Rounds begin @ 9:00am on 3 mats. Tournament will run straight through with post qualifying meeting to follow.
AWARDS: Individual Awards for top three (3) places, Awards for Regional Championship & Runner-Up teams, Coach of the Year, & Most Outstanding Wrestler.
